These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 89cd ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("User", "you") who accesses, registers, or uses the 89cd online casino and sports betting platform available at 89cd.pro. By creating an account on 89cd, you enter into a binding agreement with the Platform and acknowledge that these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 89cd regarding your use of the service.

89cd reserves the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through the platform interface or by email where a valid address is registered. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page.

To register and use the 89cd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 89cd does not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be accessing 89cd from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law. You bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms or subject to any restriction that prohibits gambling activity.

89cd reserves the right to require documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Where satisfactory documentation is not provided within the requested timeframe, 89cd may suspend or permanently close the relevant account and retain any funds pending completion of verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 89cd platform. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity, a false identity, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

• Never share your account password with any third party. 89cd staff will never ask for your password via any channel.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or application.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your 89cd account immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. Delays in reporting may limit the remedies available to you.

89cd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment channels listed on the platform at the time of transaction: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Supported payment channels and their associated limits are subject to change; current limits are published in the Banking section of your account dashboard.

All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted using a payment method registered in your own name. 89cd will not process withdrawals to a payment account that differs from the deposit source without prior identity verification. This requirement exists to protect users from fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering standards.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits apply and are published in the Banking section of your account.
• 89cd processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any additional verification steps required.
• 89cd will not process withdrawals where outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds have not been met. Attempting to withdraw funds in breach of bonus conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• All currency amounts on the 89cd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless otherwise specified.

89cd reserves the right to carry out additional financial due diligence checks on any account at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

89cd offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and periodic seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. Where a general bonus policy conflicts with a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions on 89cd unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are converted to real money only after the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, per device, and per payment method. 89cd reserves the right to void bonus claims where abuse or circumvention of bonus terms is detected.
• 89cd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 89cd platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, using false identity information, or impersonating another person.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or promotion on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain credits, winnings, or any other advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided and the account may be closed.
• Accessing the platform using proxy services, VPNs, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or access from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

89cd employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, 89cd may place a temporary hold on account activity pending investigation. The outcome of such investigations is final and binding.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other materials available on the 89cd platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 89cd or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or licence in respect of the platform's intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any material on the 89cd platform without the prior written consent of 89cd. Unauthorised use of 89cd's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 89cd, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 89cd platform, even if 89cd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

89cd's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 89cd account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

89cd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where account closure is required to comply with applicable law. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deducting any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, subject to verification.

You may request voluntary closure of your 89cd account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 89cd is incorporated as an offshore platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in 89cd's jurisdiction of incorporation.

Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Bangladesh is complex and that they access the 89cd platform entirely at their own legal discretion and risk. 89cd makes no representation that the platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

89cd may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, 89cd will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via the platform interface or registered email address. Your continued use of the 89cd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
